This role is suited to a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in personal injury and insurance defence litigation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day communications with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials
  • Prepare, finalise, and electronically file legal documents with the courts
  • Draft routine legal documents, including notices, motions, and subpoenas
  • Assist with drafting and responding to discovery, including compiling relevant documentation
