    Responsibilities

    • Managing commercial real estate transactions and financings from inception through to closing.
    • Reviewing title commitments, surveys and resolving title-related issues with title companies.

    • Preparing closing documentation, including UCC financing statements, closing instruction letters and closing binders
    • Drafting deeds, mortgages, financing statements and a variety of commercial real estate documents

    Qualifications 

    • At least five years' experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal within a law firm.
    • Strong knowledge of commercial acquisitions, dispositions and finance transactions.
    • Experience reviewing title and survey documentation and managing due diligence.
    • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
    • Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, together with experience using document management systems
