Laura Lissett

Laura leads marketing and communications at Clayton Legal, bringing nearly two decades of experience across professional services, finance and recruitment.

After completing a Masters in Marketing at the University of Liverpool in 2007, she has worked in senior marketing roles focused on brand development, positioning and business growth. She understands that in recruitment, clarity and credibility matter. Firms and jobseekers need information they can trust, not noise.

At Clayton Legal, Laura oversees content, communications, and all things-brand. She works closely with the recruitment team to ensure messaging reflects the realities of the market and supports both clients and jobseekers as they begin conversations with the business.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys far-flung campervan adventures, good food and the ongoing challenge (and reward!) of home renovation projects.
