Jack supports law firms, attorneys and legal professionals across Florida, working within litigation, compliance, personal injury and real estate.

Before joining Clayton Legal, Jack worked as an in-house recruiter within a global law firm and as a consultant in executive search. That experience gave him first-hand insight into how firms assess talent, structure teams and make hiring decisions. He understands the commercial reality behind recruitment – including the cost of an empty seat, and the impact a delayed hire can have on workload, morale and revenue.

He approaches recruitment with a measured, thoughtful style, knowing that good recruitment starts with listening properly, asking the right questions and being clear about expectations from the outset. Whether he’s supporting a firm on a strategic hire or speaking with an attorney about their next move, his focus is on alignment and long-term fit rather than quick outcomes.

Jack values professionalism and discretion, but also understands that career moves are personal. His aim is to make the process feel steady, well-managed and commercially sound for everyone involved.
