Adam specialises in Real Estate recruitment across both the UK and Florida markets. Before moving into recruitment, he built a successful career in property and finance, giving him first-hand experience of the sector he now recruits into.

That background allows Adam to bring a different perspective to the recruitment process. He understands the commercial realities behind property transactions, the pressures legal teams face, and the importance of finding individuals who can contribute both technically and culturally. His specialist focus has enabled him to develop a detailed understanding of the market and build long-standing relationships with both law firms and legal professionals.

Supporting the Florida market, Adam works exclusively within Real Estate law. He takes the time to understand the objectives of both firms and candidates, recognising that successful recruitment is about more than technical experience alone.
