Job Description:
A well-established and highly respected law firm in Naples is seeking a Senior Associate to join its growing Private Client practice. This is a unique opportunity to work with a sophisticated client base in one of Florida’s most desirable markets, known for its high concentration of high-net-worth individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise high-net-worth individuals, retirees, and families on advanced estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer (GST) tax planning
- Develop and implement sophisticated wealth transfer and asset protection strategies tailored to Florida-based clients
- Draft complex estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related instruments
- Oversee and assist with trust and estate administration, including Florida probate proceedings
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on long-term planning matters
- Collaborate with accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals serving affluent clients
- Supervise and mentor junior attorneys where appropriate
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in private client, trusts and estates, or wealth planning
- Strong experience advising high-net-worth individuals on advanced estate and tax planning matters
- Excellent drafting and technical skills
- Working knowledge of Florida probate and trust administration
- Admission to the Florida Bar (or ability to waive in)
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Admitted in the Florida Bar
- Ability to manage a varied and sophisticated caseload independently

- Familiarity with multi-state or international estate planning matters
