Job Description:
A leading law firm is seeking a highly qualified Senior Associate to join its Commercial Litigation group in the West Palm Beach office. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes litigation matters in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor junior associates and support staff
- Assist in overseeing complex ESI discovery processes
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Prepare for and conduct hearings, depositions, and client meetings
- Support case strategy and litigation planning from inception through resolution
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of commercial litigation experience
- Experience managing cases and supervising junior attorneys
- Strong experience with discovery, including ESI
- Federal court experience strongly preferred
- Experience in business litigation, intellectual property, or probate is a plus
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
