This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney with 2–8 years' experience at a top-tier firm to join a sophisticated Real Estate practice, working on complex, high-value commercial real estate transactions.
The Role
The Role The successful candidate will have substantial experience advising on commercial real estate debt financing transactions, with exposure to a broad range of sophisticated financing structures. Your experience will ideally include:- Mortgage and mezzanine financings
- Preferred equity investments
- Permanent and bridge loan originations
- Construction loans
- Loan participations and syndications, including loan sales
- Co-lender and intercreditor arrangements
- Workouts and restructurings
About You
The ideal candidate will have:- 2–8 years' experience at a top-tier law firm
- Strong experience in commercial real estate debt finance
- Meaningful transactional experience across a range of real estate financing structures
- Outstanding academic and professional credentials
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
- The ability to thrive within a sophisticated, high-performing legal environment
