Job Description:

A respected and well-established Florida law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join its busy and collaborative team. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment. This role provides critical support to attorneys throughout all stages of personal injury cases, from filing through trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
  • Manage case files and documentation from initial filing through trial
  • Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial logistics
  • Prepare trial exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel
  • Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court procedures and firm standards
  • Assist attorneys in all aspects of case preparation and organization

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ litigation paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury law
  • Strong understanding of Florida state court procedures and e-filing systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, multitask, and manage multiple deadlines efficiently
  • Paralegal certification or degree preferred, but not required
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently within a team
