Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join a well-established personal injury law firm in Fort Lauderdale. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated legal professional to join a client-focused firm with a strong track record of successful case outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from inception through to resolution
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
- Conduct case investigations, gather evidence, and liaise with expert witnesses
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
- Provide clear, compassionate, and strategic legal advice to clients
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and achieve optimal results
Skills & Experience:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active membership with the Florida Bar
- 2–6 years’ experience in personal injury law
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
- Excellent communication and client care skills
Desirable Skills:
- Trial experience is highly advantageous
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
- Experience handling high-value or complex injury claims
