Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex commercial litigation cases, including trial and appellate work
- Maintain and grow a portable book of business
- Build and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives
- Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and associates
Skills & Experience:
- Qualified attorney admitted to the Florida Bar
- Extensive experience in commercial litigation within a reputable firm
- Proven track record of business development and client retention
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent advocacy and negotiation abilities
