Job Description:
Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is looking to appoint a Corporate Partner to join its expanding Miami office. This is a strategic opportunity for an ambitious partner to take a leading role in developing a high-performing corporate practice within a dynamic and fast-growing market.
The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory work. You will play a key role in driving the growth of the firm’s corporate offering in South Florida while collaborating with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute complex corporate transactions, including cross-border M&A and investments
- Maintain and grow a strong portable book of business
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Identify and drive new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other practice areas, including finance, tax, and litigation
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers and associates
Skills & Experience:
- Qualified attorney admitted to the Florida Bar (or eligible for admission)
- Significant experience in corporate law at a leading law firm
- Strong track record in business development and client origination
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-value transactions
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
