Job Description:
A highly regarded law firm based in Miami, is seeking a talented Corporate Attorney to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven legal professional to work on sophisticated corporate matters with a diverse client base, including domestic and international businesses.
As a Corporate Attorney, you will play a key role in advising clients on a wide range of corporate legal matters. You will work closely with senior partners and clients on complex transactions and provide strategic, business-oriented legal advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on corporate governance, entity formation, and regulatory compliance
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
- Support mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions
- Conduct due diligence and assist with transaction structuring
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and external advisors
- Keep up to date with changes in corporate law and industry developments
Skills & Experience:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution
- Strong understanding of litigation processes and court procedures
- Qualified to practice law in Florida (or ability to obtain admission)
- 3–7 years’ experience in corporate law, ideally within a reputable law firm or in-house environment
- Strong technical knowledge of corporate and commercial law
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
- Experience working on cross-border transactions
- Additional language skills (particularly Spanish)
- Exposure to high-value or complex corporate deals
