A leading national law firm is actively seeking a Construction Litigation Attorney to join its growing West Palm Beach office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated, high-value construction disputes with a nationally recognized practice.
The firm represents developers, owners, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals in complex construction and commercial litigation matters throughout Florida and across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction litigation cases from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Collaborate with partners and clients on litigation strategy
- Work directly with sophisticated national and regional clients
Skills & Experience:
- 1–8 years of construction litigation experience
- Florida Bar admission required
- Experience handling:
- Construction defect litigation
- Delay and disruption claims
- Contract disputes
- Commercial litigation matters
- Arbitration and mediation proceedings
- Strong motion practice, deposition, and courtroom skills
- Excellent legal writing and case management abilities
