Clayton Legal are working alongside an elite, globally recognized international law firm which is seeking a high-caliber Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its premier practice group in Miami. Known for its entrepreneurial culture and market-leading global footprint, the firm advises prominent developers, institutional investors, and lenders.   This role begins as a fully on-site position. It provides a transparent, milestone-driven pathway for career advancement. You will receive elite mentorship while handling complex commercial real estate transactions.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Orchestrate high-value commercial real estate transactions from initial intake to successful closing. 
  • Review, analyze, and clear title commitments, exception documents, and ALTA/NSPS surveys. 
  • Draft comprehensive closing documents, corporate resolutions, deeds, and precise closing statements. 
  • Act as a vital link between cross-functional legal teams, title underwriters, and institutional lenders. 
  • Oversee meticulous closing checklists, critical deal milestones, and post-closing document recordings. 
  • Leverage advanced computer and technology programs used across the firm’s global network.  

Qualifications 

  • 3–5+ years of dedicated commercial real estate paralegal experience. 
  • Prior experience in a prominent national or international law firm is preferred. 
  • Deep knowledge of complex title policy issue resolution and survey analysis. 
  • Fluency or professional proficiency in Spanish is highly valued. 
  • Ambition to grow into senior legal team support and leadership positions. 
  • Ability to work reliably from the firm's central Miami office.
